I am not sure where to begin telling you about my flute making journey…so here goes!

Several years ago I had the privilege of listening to a prairie writer. Having lived and worked in Alberta for several years I was interested in what stories this person might tell. Needless to say it was an entertaining evening however after it was finished I left without so much as introducing myself to him (or anyone else for that matter).

Clock forward almost ten years. I was invited to attend a symposium addressing Aboriginal Education issues and listened to the very same speaker deliver one of best talks I have ever heard. Needless to say I did not leave without introducing myself. We hit it off right away and the rest as they say is history...
